I have a question regarding to 3d backgrounds.
If a character is running throught a 3d environment, the 3d environment animation would have to be rendered as a image sequence , then printed in order to animate the character traditionally, or the image sequence is exported to a software like tv paint?
You can take a look at this video they referenced the Old Tarzan movie where the 3D Wireframes were printed out and they animate over it traditionally.
The other way as you mention is to export from your 3D Program an Image sequence and load it into TV Paint and animate over it after finishing the Character Animation export and composite the 2 Layers in After Effects.
thanks for the recommendation.
