Clip Studio Short Animation Making Course

Hey there!
Welcome to the first post of the translation project I’m working on that uses this book:

I wanted to translate this book for not only my benefit of using Clip Studio but for everyone else who wants to use as their animation program.

I want to run a free course on this by providing weekly video content of each lesson and assigning “homework”. Hopefully towards the end beginners will feel more confident in using Clip!

Part 2 of Chapter 1 will be all about the light table tool in Clip since this book goes in detail of the use of it. It’s very interesting! I want to practice it a bit more before I make the video so that I’ll know what i’m talking about (with the book’s knowledge) and that I can answer questions about it.

Also I can make a written doc of these lessons if you guys want.

Hey guys
I will be uploading a new video tomorrow. Things has been crazy lately thanks to the corona virus and let’s just say i have a BUNCH of more time to make these videos and tuts. I will release videos every other day to get through this book and I will do the After Effect book alongside.
I hope you guys are well and I hope your state/country will take care of yall ;3

Oh boy.
Didn’t mean to be absent for this long. Due to the craziness, I’ve been focusing on taking care of my furry family members as well as my house. Trying to improve my skills so I don’t have to go back to my 2 jobs, which I hated, when the lockdown is over.
That being said, that video on the Light Table will be up and live shortly as well as the rest of chapter 1. Chapter 2-4 is pretty much going over animation basics and I will be making a post on those.
I’ve also been dipping a bit on The After Effect for Animations book in which I will be going over that in a different post. This book is more exercise based and it goes over the production flow of Japanese animation(The first chapter has more of an overview than the Clip book). Since it’s more exercise based, this will include “assignments”. Don’t let that scare ya since all it’s meant is to teach ya, not fail ya. More details will be given shortly.

Again, I really hope you guys are well!
