There’s something I’d like to know. How does a foreign freelance animator works home office for a Japanese Studio. Like if the studio works on paper. How are the frames sent to Japan on time? Is it all done digitally by scanning them or is something else?
You submit everything digitally with proper labels and timesheets, and they will print them out. Every studio have their own template they would like you to use, so you have to ask for that before working.
Thanks a lot. I thought they didn’t have to print them out
Oh they still print your Digital frames and do corrections on it traditionally. It is very common to do in most productions in anime.
